- Voice & Audio Data: Real-time audio inputs processed by the 'Live Coach' to analyze verbal patterns and tone.
- Behavioral Profiles: Assessment data (such as DISC or MBTI) that you upload or input to personalize your coaching experience.
- Payment information: billing details processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, expiry date or CVV on our servers.
- Subscription and purchase information: details of the products, courses, memberships or services you purchase, including subscription status, plan type, and billing cycle.
- Usage data: pages visited, referral URLs, browser type, device information, and session duration — collected automatically through essential and analytics cookies.
- Communications: the content of messages you send us via contact forms, email, or other channels.

- Strict AI Coaching Data Usage: We use your AI Coaching and Behavioral Data strictly to provide personalized coaching and improve your individual experience. We do not use your private chat logs, transcripts, or voice data to train our foundational AI models or any third-party global AI models.

- To communicate with you regarding your account, orders, or marketing (if opted in).
- To analyze website usage and comply with legal obligations.
