Live Coach is real-time voice coaching for when a hard conversation is happening right now. Most people use all three at different stages: practice in the Engine, review real meetings with Shadow Coach, lean on Live Coach in the moment.

Organizations are for teams that want to scale their coaching. They allow OrgAdmins to manage seats, invite members, and access a shared Private Knowledge library.

How do 'Private Knowledge Vaults' work?

We use industrial-grade partitioning. When an OrgAdmin uploads a resource, it is tagged to that specific Organization. It is physically invisible to anyone outside your team and is never used to train global models.

What can an OrgAdmin actually see about their team?

High-level activity and progress metrics only — who's practicing, how often, and aggregate competency scores. OrgAdmins never see the content of an individual's private coaching sessions.

Yes. All data is stored in Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. Your coaching conversations are private to your account and are never shared or sold.

No. Your coaching conversations, meeting transcripts, and Knowledge Vault content are never used to train AI models — global or otherwise. This applies on both individual and Organization plans.
